Currently, my fitness goal is to increase my weight to around 85kg, as I currently weigh approximately 67kg which is a terrible decline from 70Kg as seen within media presented, therefore, a lean (as mentioned) 65Kg with a BMI of 20.5@178cm naked :eek:.

I've been raising monies for through sports which is donated toward 'SSAFA','The Royal British Legion' or direct to the royal anglian regiment.
